Frequently Asked Questions
What about the Federalist Patriot petition? Didn't they deliver that to Congress?
We received correspondence from the Federalist Patriot saying they did indeed deliver the petition signed by over 150,000 people to Congress. However, we have seen no hard evidence of this other than the aforementioned email. We have not found any news articles about it, read or heard any press releases, etc.
Didn't President Carter grant amnesty for people like Kerry?
The amnesty President Carter granted in 1977 applied only to draft-dodgers. It did not apply to deserters, soldiers who received a less-than-honorable discharge, civilian protesters, selective service employees, those who initiated any act of violence, or those who had committed treason. Also, there is no statute of limitations on the crime of treason.
Isn't Judicial Watch going to file charges against Kerry for treason?
Judicial Watch is the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption. Judicial Watch did call for an investigation into John Kerry's medals and anti-war actions. The Navy Inspector has refused to conduct an independent inquiry on the matter. However, we are in contact with Judicial Watch, and we will keep you updated on future developments.
